Future of land use, development on the menu at ULI Carolinas conference

Hundreds of real estate and land use professionals will bring an annual meeting to Raleigh next week with a focus on the future.

The annual Urban Land Institute Carolinas meeting will be Feb. 11-12 at the Raleigh Convention Center. The theme of the gathering is “Future-Proofing for Tomorrow’s Reality,” as attendees focus on conversations and events dedicated to creating a lasting vision of land development for North and South Carolina communities.

WithersRavenel is a Bronze and Partner Sponsor of the event, and Don Mizelle is on ULI’s Rethinking Southern Cities Regional Initiative Council.

Mobile tours of Durham’s Innovation District, Dillon & Union Station in Raleigh’s downtown Warehouse District, and Research Triangle Park & North Hills are among the ticketed events. Also on the agenda are two Women’s Leadership Initiative events and a Young Leaders Group meet-up.
