Meeting Details

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a proposed rezoning of the property located at 3421 Olympia Drive. This site is currently zoned Commercial Mixed-Use Conditional Use and has a Parking Limited Frontage requirement (CX-3-PL-CU) and is proposed to be rezoned to a Residential Mixed-Use Conditional Use District and maintain the Parking Limited Frontage (RX-7-PL-CU).
