Her previous role as project manager and engineer at the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) in the Division of Water Infrastructure particularly equips her in dealing with these client issues.
Lovely, with more than 35 years of experience in infrastructure asset management and supporting technologies, has led the procurement, development, implementation, and management of asset management solutions for dozens of organizations, public and private, across a variety of asset classes.
