Services included an ALTA boundary and topographic survey, brownfield analysis, Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, endangered species review, and geotechnical investigation, utility and stormwater drainage analysis, and zoning and regulatory review. This information was compiled into a Buildable Area Map of the property.
