Through a competitive application process, our team will choose a community/organization to receive a service package. This service package is donated by WithersRavenel.
North Carolina counties and municipalities, as well as nonprofit economic developments organizations, are eligible to apply. Communities do not have to be economically distressed.
The following criteria will be heavily considered during the selection process:
Need: What service is your community in need of?
Lack of Resources: Aside from funding, what is holding you back from this service?
Compelling Narrative: Why do you feel this service would benefit your community/organization?
Applications are due by April 15, 2021.
All submissions will be confidential.
A scope of work will be outlined, and a timeline will be agreed upon with the selected winner(s). WithersRavenel is donating our services alone and if the project requires any additional costs, we will discuss with the winner(s) upfront.
The winner(s) agree(s) to be named as a WithersRavenel client, allow project promotion and photography, and provide a letter acknowledging our donation.

Each service has an estimated individual value of up to $5,000, which is donated from WithersRavenel. All submissions will be confidential. The selected community will be publicly announced.

Robbie Oldham’s role has grown from designing and managing site, subdivision, roadway, storm drainage, and utility projects to becoming the Chatham Park Principal Consultant for WithersRavenel. In this capacity, he oversees a diverse array of planning, permitting, and engineering efforts in Chatham Park, a 7,100-acre mixed-use development by Preston Development Company in Pittsboro, NC. His role also includes overall project entitlement and management for Chatham Park, which requires him to work closely with local citizens and officials as well as other Chatham Park consultants, developers, and stakeholders. Chatham Park is envisioned as a comprehensive live–work–play community, and it is approved for up to 22,000 residential dwelling units and 22 million SF of non-residential development.
Robbie is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of North Carolina and a LEED Accredited Professional. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Her work produces exceptional results, helping clients achieve short- and long-term goals while realizing greater efficiencies.
Jessica is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of North Carolina. She is also a Board Member with the North Carolina Economic Development Association and a member of the International City/County Management Association.
Jessica was the President and CEO of Martin-McGill, a Western North Carolina management consulting firm. Martin-McGill became WR-Martin, a wholly-owned subsidiary of WithersRavenel, in February 2018.
Dale Werenko has diversified experience in civil engineering, including roadway and greenway trail design, water and wastewater design, hydraulic water modeling, commercial development design, single- and multi-family residential development design, and computer-enhanced 3D site modeling.
Dale is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of North Carolina and a Certified Floodplain Manager.
