WithersRavenel partnered with Mountain Community Health Partnership in seeking to further their mission of bringing affordable healthcare to the community of Spruce Pine. We provided environmental, surveying, civil engineering, landscape architecture, permitting, and construction administration services for the 103-acre site and development of a 20,000sf clinic and medical offices with associated parking, landscaping, and transportation improvements.
