03 Apr WithersRavenel adds Collaboration to Core Values
WithersRavenel has added Collaboration to its Core Values, which include Integrity, Respect, Quality, Sustainability, and Community. The decision reflects the firm’s focus on both client experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) initiatives in the upcoming year.
WithersRavenel adopted its original set of five Core Values in 2015 after the firm’s transition to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) structure the previous year. These Core Values mirror the way we have interacted with coworkers, clients, and our communities since our founding in 1983. They also remind us to be exemplary in all that we do.
Throughout the year, we celebrate employees who actively demonstrate these Core Values through our Core Value Award (CVA) program. Employees are nominated by their peers and recognized at their monthly departmental meetings. This peer-driven, rolling program reinforces our culture of ownership and celebrating successes big and small.
John Ihnatolya received the first Collaboration award at Owners’ Day 2020. John is WithersRavenel’s Director of Engineering – Cary.
