Client services are the lifeblood of any responsible company that wants to optimize its performance and relationships. With that in mind, WithersRavenel’s award-winning client services team will share knowledge and insights at an upcoming webinar and live sessions.

WithersRavenel Chief Client Experience and Innovation Officer Eddie Staley will speak at an upcoming Knowledge Sharing Module (KSM) presented by Client Savvy. The prerecorded session will be released June 7. Also, a live question-and-answer session will be 1 p.m. June 12. A live networking session and breakout will immediately follow. WithersRavenel started its first formal client satisfaction program in 2016. Our company launched Client Savvy’s Client Feedback Tool (CFT), a web-based application where businesses can request, review, and respond to feedback from their clients. With CFT, we seek feedback at key milestones throughout the life of a project. Through this interaction, our project managers and business development professionals work with clients to adjust our processes. The results help WithersRavenel better align our services with their expectations, increasing overall satisfaction with project execution.
