WR’s Jason Bertoncino leads panel discussion at ACEC event

Are engineering firms missing the mark in the pursuit of clients? What do clients have to say about the process?

The topic was explored Wednesday during a panel discussion at the Business Resource Exposition sponsored by the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of North Carolina. The moderator for the discussion “Clients Talk Back: Evolution of the Pursuit Process,” was WithersRavenel’s Jason Bertoncino, PE, LEED AP. Bertoncino is a Vice President, Land Development.

Panel members were: Joshua Deyton, P.E. – NCDOT Division 14 Project Team Lead; Susan Habina-Woolard, P.E. – Town Engineer, Town of Matthews; and Charles Snow, AIA – Project Manager, Asset & Facility Management, Mecklenburg County government. Panelists provided insights on how firms could better position themselves for successful relationships with public sector clients.

The exposition at the Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel offered discussions on the evolving workplace and business landscape. Thanks to everyone who attended the event and the panel discussion!
