In Their Own Words

Working for WR in my first, full-time role has allowed me to grow and expand my technical skills. Within my first year, I was able to work on a stormwater master plan for a local town in the Triangle where we modeled their entire watershed and stormwater network. It was my first time creating a large-scale flood model but my supervisors trusted my ability to learn, grow, and excel on the project team.
