WithersRavenel is an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company. Our employee-owners excel at providing consulting services for our clients.

Founded in October 1983 by Tony Withers and Sam Ravenel, as Withers & Ravenel, Inc., WithersRavenel has more than 40 years with 10 offices, serving public and private clients and projects through innovative and cost-effective engineering, surveying, and planning solutions.

Since our founding in 1983, we have expanded our business to serve both the public and private sectors from offices across North Carolina. We have enjoyed significant growth in both employees and revenues.
