Alicia Albini has been promoted to Practice Area Lead for Residential at WithersRavenel.
With more than a decade at WithersRavenel and nearly 30 years in the industry, Alicia will be focusing on expanding the Residential practice area and leading our residential land development staff as they serve our clients in the Triangle, across the state, and beyond. Alicia has steadily risen in the ranks at our employee-owned firm from a leadership role in our Chatham Park office to Director of Large Scale Residential to Director of Residential East, and now into her latest leadership role as Practice Area Lead.
Alicia’s peers consistently recognize her not only for her successful work delivering prominent projects, but for her dedication to mentoring young employees. She has been an active participant in several biannual sessions of the WithersRavenel mentorship program, and is passionate about sharing her experience and offering guidance to the next generation of land development and engineering professionals.
Additionally, Alicia was part of a select nationwide group tasked with helping the AEC industry build a more inclusive workforce. The 2023 elevateHER Cohort, sponsored by Zweig Group, aimed to embrace, promote, and ensure opportunity for everyone in the AEC industry.
“WithersRavenel’s culture and core values support a mindset of growth and continuous improvement that I believe are important to delivering innovative, sustainable solutions for our clients and opportunity for our employees,” Alicia said. “Looking forward, I am excited for us to continue to build on these values and deliver exceptional service that results in long-term client partnerships and growth for our employees and for our communities.”
