Housed within our beautiful Chatham Park location, Alicia has been promoted to Senior Project Manager within our Chatham Park Team, located in Pittsboro. In this role, she will be responsible for leading project delivery and facilitating collaboration among our our design teams, the Town of Pittsboro, and Chatham County for Chatham Park, the firm’s largest development project to date.
Alicia has a passion for collaboration and exceeding client expectations. She has shown outstanding perseverance and commitment to Chatham Park being on the front lines of this complex project, managing important processes for the project and the Pittsboro office, and heading up negotiations with regulatory and municipal officials. In short, she is a key leader in the success of Chatham Park.
Alicia has been with WithersRavenel for 4.5 years, and she has 19 years of previous experience working for other land development and surveying firms. She is a LEED Accredited Professional with an emphasis on the design and construction of green buildings.
