Warren Ladbrook, Senior Director at WithersRavenel, will deliver a presentation titled “Military Infrastructure Planning in the Middle East” at the upcoming Western Branch of the North Carolina Section of ASCE Luncheon. Warren has directed the planning, engineering, and construction of many large, complex international and inter-agency infrastructure projects, including large post-disaster reconstruction programs. He previously served as the ASCE New Zealand Section President, where he also worked on earthquake reconstruction.
Warren brings more than 25 years of U.S. and international experience spanning land and resort development, water resources engineering, and infrastructure reconstruction. At WithersRavenel, he leads the commercial development team while also improving internal systems, project delivery, and long-term strategy.
