WithersRavenel has been recognized as part of the team to win a 2021 American Institute of Architects (AIA) NC Honor award for the Clark Townhomes project.
The unique development consists of 11 interlocking single-family townhomes in downtown Raleigh. The homes provide residents with comfortable, private living space with easy access to urban amenities. Rooftop terraces and individual patios are just some of the special property features.
WithersRavenel served as Lead Engineer and Landscape Architect while also assisting with site design. Clark Townhomes was designed by the Raleigh Architecture Co., developed by Lambert Development, and the broker is Chappell Residential. Rob Caudle, PE, was WithersRavenel’s project manager for the townhomes’ development.
The annual North Carolina AIA awards recognize excellence in architectural design. The Clark Townhomes project team was also recognized with a 2020 Sir Walter Raleigh Award for Community Appearance earlier this year.
