WithersRavenel congratulates Colleen Duryea, PE, on her graduation from Leadership Cary, Class of 2023.
Colleen is a Project Manager in WithersRavenel’s Land Development Residential department. A longtime employee, she leads a team working on prominent land development projects, ranging from Downtown Cary Park to residential communities.
Leadership Cary is a seven-month-long program through the Cary Chamber of Commerce. Participants spend time with key groups in the greater Cary community, including health and medical services providers, local government agencies, economic developers, entrepreneurs, and law enforcement officials. Educational and networking experiences provide opportunities to build leadership skills and strengthen ties to local organizations.
Additionally, Colleen is a recent graduate of the first graduating class for WithersRavenel’s Future Project Manager Academy in 2023. She is a mentor of female employees at WithersRavenel and a current co-chair of our ECC (ESOP Communication Committee), which plans and organizes our annual Owners’ Day while also hosting unique company team-building activities throughout the year.
Colleen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a Transportation concentration from North Carolina State University. She has served the University as a Capstone Senior Design Mentor.
