WithersRavenel is excited to welcome Courtney Landoll to our team in the role of Client Success Manager. Courtney is a Professional Landscape Architect and the President-Elect of the North Carolina chapter of the America Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA). She has extensive technical experience on public and private projects, and she has spoken on topics ranging from the cultural impacts of trails to the work of creating equitable communities.
Courtney’s portfolio includes a variety of urban healthcare, office, mixed-use, streetscape, and campus design projects. Her focus on ecological considerations and code compliance makes her a valuable member of any multidisciplinary and collaborative effort. Her work reflects her commitment to project excellence and to client satisfaction.
When asked what drew her to WithersRavenel, Courtney said, “The intentionality of the firm, with its emphasis on people and process, really speaks to me. WithersRavenel values its relationships, both internally and externally, and that means staff, clients, and the communities they serve all benefit. They also strive to put in place efficient systems and processes. In doing so, they attract tremendous talent to the firm and resources for their clients’ projects, and they generate successful project results. Who wouldn’t want to be a part of something like that?”
Courtney is a relatively recent transplant to North Carolina, arriving here after more than a decade of living and working in Washington state. She has served the ASLA for more than 10 years across both states, providing leadership as the Washington chapter’s President and Conference Chair and as the Presidents Council Chair at the national level before taking up her current mantle as NCASLA President-Elect. She graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture. Outside of her professional roles, she has served as agro-forestry volunteer with the Peace Corps in Senegal.
