WithersRavenel is excited to announce that Economic Development Professional Jenny Mizelle, CEcD has relocated from our Cary office to Wilmington, NC, where she will continue to support the firm’s business development efforts in the public and private sectors.
Ms. Mizelle held management positions at a variety of community development and mortgage banking companies before becoming the Director of Economic Development for the Town of Holly Springs in 1996. In addition to managing the challenges of rapid population growth, she was responsible for the successful recruitment of Novartis Vaccines to the Holly Springs Business Park in 2006 and the establishment of the Town’s first co-working space, The Coworking Station.
In 2014, she graduated with the class of Leadership North Carolina XXI, a program committed to informing, developing, and engaging a select group of diverse leaders to address the issues and opportunities that affect the state.
In 2016, she founded The Town Builders Consulting Group LLC to provide consulting services in the areas of economic development and project management services to public and private sector clients, including WithersRavenel.
Jenny Mizelle joined WithersRavenel full time in 2017.
