Expanding Leadership Across State Lines
While our Funding team has a strong foundation in North Carolina, we’re expanding with confidence thanks to the leadership of Cindy Steinmann, MPA, who is spearheading our presence in South Carolina and Georgia.
Cindy brings more than a decade of local government experience in Georgia, most recently serving as Interim County Manager for Bulloch County. Her career has included roles such as Assistant County Manager and Development Project Manager for the City of Statesboro. Additionally, Cindy is a Certified Local Government Finance Officer (certified through the Carl Vinson Institute of Government, University of Georgia). Throughout her public service, Cindy has led capital improvement initiatives, streamlined government operations, and successfully written and administered grant applications across a wide range of projects.
“My goal is to make funding more accessible and less intimidating for local governments,” said Cindy. “Having worked inside the system for years, I know how important it is to have the right partner, one who understands your challenges and can help deliver real solutions.”
