The future of the Triangle’s commercial real estate market looks bright, according to speakers at a recent event.
NAI Carolantic Realty’s 35th annual Triangle Commercial Real Estate Conference was Jan. 22 at PNC Arena. NAI Carolantic shared its data-backed dive into 2020 with nearly 2,000 industry professionals and government leaders. NAI’s speakers were bullish on the future for local commercial real estate, indicating that there is no recession in sight and that market growth is rippling well beyond the Triangle.
Guest speaker was Dr. Nido Qubein, president of High Point University. Following the event, attendees had the opportunity to network with other commercial real estate industry insiders.
