WithersRavenel is committed to supporting its employee-owners on their professional journey, encouraging continuous growth and development. One way our firm does that is through leadership and project management training at our Future Project Managers Academy (FPMA).
Our most recent cohort of students graduated from FPMA on Nov. 12 at a ceremony at The Matthews House in Cary. The event was the culmination of several months of learning sessions led by company subject matter experts (SMEs). The interactive learning experiences cover a variety of topics, with SMEs providing valuable knowledge and insights on the day-to-day work and big-picture issues of project management. FPMA students leave the program with a greater understanding of the unique demands of being a project manager, while also having a toolbox to better address situations that arise on the job.
The most recent FPMA cohorts included 12 employee-owners from across WithersRavenel’s practice areas. At the graduation event, attendees heard from company leaders including WithersRavenel President and CEO Jim Canfield, PE; Senior Director of Project Management Warren Ladbrook, PE; and Chief Delivery Officer Lars Hagen, PE.
Our unique FPMA program is one of many professional and personal growth initiatives available to employees at WithersRavenel. Would you like to join our team of more than 460 employee-owners? Check out our current employment opportunities.
