Reidsville is a great place to live, work, and play. With that in mind, the City is looking to attract new businesses to the community.
WithersRavenel is helping Reidsville prepare a 55-acre site for possible development. The accompanying video shows site work that includes clearing, grading, and road extensions.
Initially, we helped the City obtain funding for the site development project.
The next step is design and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure, which is key to attracting companies and jobs. What the site will provide, by the numbers:
- 3,000 feet of 12-inch water line and 1,530 feet of 8-inch water line will be extended to and through the site
- 2,640 feet of 8-inch gravity sewer and manholes, 3,200 feet of 6-inch force main and one lift station will be installed to provide sewer on the site
