WithersRavenel received the 2020 CX-cellence Award for Purposeful Leadership. This is the third year in a row the firm has been recognized by Client Savvy for its client experience program.
Our award submission showcased our client experience workshop Exceptional Service by Design. This workshop brought together WithersRavenel project managers and a select group of our municipal clients to discuss the client experience, including expectations, successes, and failures. The purpose of the workshop was to allow our project managers to hear many different client perspectives first-hand, and to understand the journey of a project from the client’s side.
Several clients reported that it was the first time they felt truly listened to by a consultant, and many others noted how the event reflected well on the firm’s stated commitment to having a great client focus. They were also able to take the experience back to their workplace and tell others about what we are doing and how that can fit inside government customer service.
In the past, CX-cellence Awards were presented as part of CXps, a 3-day client experience conference in Durham, NC. Due to COVID-19, we received our 2020 CX-cellence Award via a virtual award ceremony.

WithersRavenel also won CX-cellence Awards in 2019 and 2018. Client Feedback Tool has been an important part of our client experience program, and we look forward to continuing our work with Client Savvy to promote communication and problem solving with our public and private clients.
