WithersRavenel has been recognized by Client Savvy with a CX-cellence award for the seventh straight year for our commitment to quality client experience.
Our firm was honored for our statewide series of client experience workshops. With Client Savvy as a partner, in 2023 we created a multi-event initiative, where we collaboratively engaged with 25 of our clients and more than 100 WithersRavenel staff and project managers on a series of Client Experience (CX) workshops at four of our office locations across North Carolina.
The CX workshops allowed our team to discover root causes of client experience shortfalls, and to ideate solutions to address pain points along the client journey. A key feature was interviewing our clients before the events to identify topics for further discussion at the workshops. We developed three current initiatives and four new ones, largely based on the statewide feedback. Topics that we are and will be addressing include:
- Focusing on outcomes
- Communicating proactively
- Project scoping and kickoff procedure
- Client empathy mapping
- Client experience panels
