WithersRavenel’s award-winning client experience program has received more recognition for its stellar results.
The PSMJ 2024 Premier Award for Client Satisfaction is an exclusive honor, bestowed upon only 10 architecture and engineering firms nationwide. The top 10 list is ranked through an evaluation of each entrant company’s key metrics for client satisfaction, which according to PSMJ “are highly correlated with sustained growth and success as an organization.”
PSMJ educates and advises firms on a range of topics, including project and financial management, client experience, business development, and mergers and acquisitions. WithersRavenel will officially be honored with the award at AEC Thrive, an annual summit Sept. 25-27 in Austin, Texas focused on specific growth and performance improvement practices.
WithersRavenel’s recent client experience honors also include recognition by Client Savvy with a 2024 CX-cellence award for a successful statewide series of client experience workshops. Since implementing our first formal client satisfaction program in 2016, WithersRavenel has strived to continuously improve service to our clients and their experience when working with our multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm.
