The 11000 Weston project involved the demolition and redesign of the courtyard for a Class A office building in the Weston Planned Unit Development located in Cary, NC. The client’s program included both large-scale spaces for company gatherings, smaller spaces for outdoor meetings, and a dining terrace adjacent to the commissary. The design program necessitated extensive grading, new plantings, and improvements for ADA access/accommodations. The project requirements also incorporated sustainable maintenance practices.
