The Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) is adding approximately 53,000 additional square footage at its site on Weston Oaks Court in Cary, NC. A new pedestrian walkway and increased parking are also planned as part of the project.
As a subconsultant to HagerSmith Design PA, WithersRavenel is providing a range of civil engineering services as part of the expansion. We are reviewing and updating the original site plan, to ensure code compliance with the Town of Cary and to reflect project changes. Our surveyors are performing a tree survey review and a topographic survey for the sidewalk extension.
Other professional services we are providing include stormwater control measure (SCM) design, a water system analysis, design services related to the sidewalk addition, stormwater management plan (SWMP) review and revisions, and permitting services. We are also providing limited construction phase services to include record drawings and certifications.
