WithersRavenel is the civil engineering team working with Little Architects to design and permit a new school campus for the GRACE Christian School. GRACE has outgrown its current campus in Cary and is relocating to Apex. The school is designed to accommodate 1,200 students in the first phase, to include upper, middle, and lower schools. Additionally, the campus design includes a multifunctional athletic field and a student activity building.
WithersRavenel worked closely with the architect to vet the Master Plan from a site perspective, including advising on tree protection and preservation requirements, environmental requirements, stormwater needs, vehicular access and circulation needs, and landscape buffer requirements. WithersRavenel has also assisted with subconsultant scope coordination for survey and transportation-related services.
