As a subconsultant to Moseley Architects, WithersRavenel is providing boundary and topographic surveying, schematic and final design, construction documents, bidding services, and construction administration for civil site engineering at the New Hanover County Juvenile Justice Center. The project also involves the installation of a 3″ water meter, 6″ fire service, sewer service, and on-site drainage.
