The Town of Nashville Comprehensive Plan reflects a strong partnership between WithersRavenel and the Town’s leadership. WithersRavenel’s Design + Planning team began the planning process by conducting in-depth interviews with industry experts. The team continued through close collaboration with a dedicated project Steering Committee. Initial efforts focused on key topic areas including land use, community character, utilities, parks and recreation, and economic development.
WithersRavenel led discussions with the Steering Committee and worked to define the Town of Nashville Comprehensive Plan’s main vision. The team set clear goals and made informed recommendations. Insights gathered during these sessions were presented at a series of public workshops, giving Nashville’s residents and stakeholders an opportunity to shape the plan’s direction and priorities.
The result was a comprehensive set of measurable tasks designed to bring the vision to life. Each task was paired with a timeline, responsible agency, and complementary initiatives to support seamless implementation.
The plan includes specific recommendations and concept plans for three key areas in the Town that need more attention. These focused studies provide a roadmap for targeted improvements and strategic growth in key locations.
