Weaverville Walking Guide – WithersRavenel

Weaverville Walking Guide

About This Project

Located just nine miles north of Asheville, the Town of Weaverville is a quaint mountain town and a destination for those looking for homes, work, and recreation in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. To better reflect all of the benefits Weaverville has to offer, the Town sought to refresh the appearance of the Town seal and develop a walking guide to the community.

WithersRavenel’s seal design incorporates historically significant features of the Town, including a waterway and mill wheel to represent the Town’s industrial roots, and a stylized image of the Town Hall.

The walking map picks up on the color scheme and character of the seal while highlighting the main routes in and around the Town. It also provides a handy legend displaying the locations of landmarks like the Town clock and public facilities like restrooms and parking,

By working directly with our marketing team, the Town of Weaverville saved a substantial amount of time, energy, and internal resources while promoting the unique landscape of their community.
