Surveying by the Rules
Using the most advanced electronic total stations, data collectors, and processing technology, WithersRavenel provides the accurate staking and mapping our clients need to construct and finance their structures with confidence.
Examples of our service offerings include:
- Plot Plans. Used for proposed construction, a plot plan is often the first step in a more comprehensive survey process. Still, the plot plans can provide valuable information in the early portion of the development process.
- Brick Points. By staking the foundation corners, a surveyor provides the detail that allows the mason to put together a home’s foundation. WithersRavenel survey crews have provided this level of detail for numerous clients.
- Foundation Maps. Positional details are vital when locating a foundation, especially when surveyors are working in a large subdivision where so many locations are interdependent. Location data informs maps that tell the story of a development site.
WithersRavenel has a deep bench of Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) and survey crews, and our staffing level allows us to schedule and complete projects quickly and efficiently for our clients. They have completed foundation staking and surveys for everything from small home additions to a 1.5-million-square-foot furniture distribution center.
