We leverage our strong relationship with NCDEQ—built over the course of numerous public and private projects—and knowledge of the Brownfields Program to facilitate approvals for site remediation while obtaining site plan approval for development.

Timing is typically a driving factor in land acquisition agreements, and our multidisciplinary team of professionals can deliver agreements expeditiously while keeping budget concerns in mind.

• EPA Funding Grant Proposals. WithersRavenel has a team of funding professionals ready to assist clients with the EPA funding application process, when applicable. Grants can provide cost benefits for Brownfields projects.
