Local officials gather at CityVision conference
Municipal leaders from across North Carolina will gather in Hickory to connect with colleagues and acquire knowledge to tackle pressing issues.
CityVision, set for May 14-16, is the annual conference by the North Carolina League of Municipalities. The conference was originally scheduled for Sept. 19-21, 2018, but was postponed just days before Hurricane Florence devastated North Carolina. Moving forward, CityVision changes from a fall event to a spring one.
The agenda for CityVision will vary little from the plan for Fall 2018. General sessions will be followed by roundtable discussions where attendees will share practical information and insights into municipal problems. Issues such as infrastructure, grants and technology will be addressed.
WithersRavenel will be an exhibitor and have several representatives at the annual conference. We look forward to catching up with old friends and meeting new people. Come visit us at Booth 97 in the Hickory Metro Convention Center!
