WithersRavenel defended its title, capturing the annual Run The Quay Corporate Challenge for the third straight year.
The 2020 race in Fuquay-Varina was unique due to restrictions necessitated by COVID-19. Rather than determining the Corporate Challenge winner by fastest times recorded, each team received points when its members ran 5K distances from sponsor and other locations. Teams took “Sponsor Sign Selfies” in addition to completing and logging the runs during a two-week period.
WithersRavenel is a longtime participant in the annual event, presented by the Fuquay-Varina Chamber of Commerce. We’re looking forward to next year’s Run the Quay, and hopeful that we can all run through beautiful Fuquay-Varina together!
