By design: WithersRavenel expands Landscape Architecture services to Western North Carolina
WithersRavenel’s Design + Planning group is spreading its wings, as a longtime team member is moving west.
Professional Landscape Architect Rose Tanksley has relocated to Sylva and will be based out of our Asheville office. Rose will help us better serve our public and private clients across WNC with their planning and landscape architecture needs.
For WithersRavenel, placemaking begins with visioning. Our planners, designers, and landscape architects lay the groundwork for transforming big ideas into memorable places. Viewed through the lenses of economic development, environmental sustainability, and human welfare, each planning and design project is an opportunity to create flourishing communities that nurture growth and allow us to connect with each other.
Our designers and landscape architects can assist with public and private development in a variety of ways. From master planning to landscape architecture, from due diligence to design guidelines, entitlements and zoning, our team is ready to create, collaborate and deliver results.
WithersRavenel has several current design and planning projects in the region. In Jackson County, we are working on the design for Green Energy Park. For the City of Asheville, we are assisting with the design of Elsie Bridge and Reed Creek Greenways. In Hickory, WithersRavenel is providing landscape architecture services for the City’s Multi-Use Trail project.
