WithersRavenel recognizes the vision and commitment of the firm’s personnel with the promotion of four employees to new leadership positions: Vice President Eddie Staley, PLS, GISP as Chief Experience and Innovation Officer (CXIO); Vice President Jessica Martin-Lane, MBA, MSIE as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer (CSMO); Seth Robertson, PE as Vice President of Funding and Asset Management; and Ty Colwell as Director of Business Development. All changes are effective immediately.
In the role of CXIO, Mr. Staley will specifically focus on designing, orchestrating, and improving the WithersRavenel customer and employee experience. He will work closely with Ms. Martin-Lane to execute experience initiatives and tie client and employee experiences into every aspect of the firm’s marketing.
Mr. Colwell and Mr. Robertson will take over the duties and responsibilities previously managed by Mr. Staley and Ms. Martin-Lane respectively.
These leadership changes are part of WithersRavenel’s ongoing commitment to creating increased value for customers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Since its inception, WithersRavenel has purposefully stayed nimble and oriented toward the future to proactively embrace and adapt in a fast-paced, disruption-driven economy.
“Each of these strategic moves not only positions us to do that, but also supports the short- and long-term growth goals for WithersRavenel,” Jim Canfield, president, said. “Through this change, we further communicate and demonstrate our commitment to meeting our customers’ and employees’ needs and creating customer value.”
The changes are a reminder of WithersRavenel’s commitment to its philosophy of “Our People, Your Success.” Each of these moves is a well-thought-out decision. It brings innovation, expertise and leadership experience to the customers, who value the well-being of communities that are served through the projects the firm undertakes.
