WithersRavenel employees featured in civil engineering video
A new video, featuring WithersRavenel employees, is playing a role in helping students discover their interest in civil engineering.
In partnership with US Careers Online and Wake Technical Community College, the video offers insights into civil engineering. WR employees explain why they decided to pursue careers in the field. The staff range from CAD technicians to land development and stormwater engineers. The video also has Wake Tech instructors and students discussing courses the college offers and professional opportunities available through the college’s relationships with companies that hire engineering graduates.
“The job market is very strong for civil engineering and geomatics students right now,” said Beth Ihnatolya, program director of Civil Engineering Technology at Wake Tech.
US Careers Online is a North Carolina-based company specializing in videos that introduce careers and pathways available to enter the workforce.
