As WithersRavenel turns 41 years old, our company has celebrated Ownership Month with a variety of events in October.
Among the popular activities has been Engage with Leaders, which brought members of the WithersRavenel management team to our offices in Cary and across the state. This unique event allowed our company’s employee-owners who may not have frequent opportunities to meet with leadership to connect over food and conversation.
Employees enjoyed the opportunity to engage with the leadership team, ask questions, and develop relationships in a relaxed setting. Company President and CEO Jim Canfield, PE, and other WithersRavenel managers addressed employee questions on a range of topics. Attendees also participated in a mingling activity to get to know fellow team members better.
The event was sponsored by the company’s ESOP Communication Committee (ECC), which promotes our firm’s unique culture while educating team members on our Employee Stock Ownership Plan structure. Additional support for the program was provided by WithersRavenel’s Young Professionals Group.
