The ideal candidates will have 10+ years’ experience in design of land development related projects including site plan & construction drawings production, stormwater drainage and stormwater management design, site grading, site utilities and erosion control. Duties and Responsibilities
The Landscape Architect is responsible for the completing landscape architecture tasks and projects. He/she will work with a multidisciplinary team of landscape architects, civil engineers, surveyors, designers, and other project managers to continue providing exceptional service and designs for our clients. The Landscape Architect will work with the entire team to develop site designs, land planning, report preparation, construction documentation, client meetings, planting, irrigation calculations, etc. Using generally accepted sustainable practices, project management software, and AutoCAD, Sketch-up, and Adobe Suite, the Landscape Architect will help to maintain profitability of projects, client relationships, business development, drawings, and the specifications library.
The Landscape Architect should hold 5+ years of designing and drafting landscape architecture projects, including all aspects of residential, commercial and municipal site development. He/she must possess a commanding knowledge of landscape architectural practices, including, but not limited to, preparation of construction documents, plant materials, irrigation strategies and current irrigation regulations, construction detailing, structural design and lighting practices. The candidate must be able speak and write professionally for the position.

CAD Technician I’s are entry-level positions to support assigned planners, engineers, and landscape architects by providing technical CAD support and creating construction drawings using CAD software for projects under close supervision. They will also compile technical data from drawings, field notes, and/or electronic data.
Duties and Responsibilities
The assignment will require occasional evening and weekend work and working in collaborative, fast-paced, and client-driven environment.
The assignment may occasionally require repetitive physical tasks (such as operating a computer), standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time, extended periods of viewing computer screens, and carrying equipment and materials up to 25 pounds.

Skills and Abilities
Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related science or engineering field (advanced degree preferred). Six years of experience in the field of project management and engineering, including three years as a project manager. Supervisory experience desired. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and MicroStation.
Proficiency with standard word processing, spreadsheet, database, and GIS software. Demonstrated oral and written communication and teamwork skills are necessary. The ability to collaborate with clients is a requirement.
Flexible and open to work on a wide range of utility projects.
