Building the future: Cliff Isaac leads WithersRavenel’s Construction Administration services
WithersRavenel welcomes Cliff Isaac, PE, as the company’s new Director of Construction Administration.
Cliff brings more than 25 years of experience in construction, engineering, and public service. Most recently, he was the Director of Construction Management for the City of Fayetteville, NC, giving him valuable insights into local government and its relationship with public and private development.
In addition to overall project and construction management, Cliff’s experience extends to design, contracts, budgeting, negotiations, building codes, inspections, and permitting. His commitment to customer service and experience delivering successful results will provide WithersRavenel’s clients with a valuable partner in project management and construction.

Cliff has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer; a licensed General Contractor; a certified Level III NC Inspector in plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire and building trades; a licensed Certified Floodplain Manager; and has served on several local and statewide boards. Cliff lives in Fuquay-Varina with his wife and son.
