WithersRavenel’s award-winning client experience program is continuing to grow with the addition of a client experience coordinator.
Kristen Herndon will be tasked with supporting our company’s client experience managers (CXMs) in the new position as they help our clients and WithersRavenel technical staff collaborate on successful projects. Kristen recently served as the assistant director for the Person County Recreation, Arts, and Parks Department. With more than 10 years of experience in multiple sectors of recreation ranging from nonprofit and collegiate to commercial and government, her background includes leadership positions, project and contract management, data analysis and cost control.
Her expertise in management, coordination and customer service will help our client experience team better serve our range of clients and their diverse project portfolios across the state. Kristen will also be assisting our Innovation team with client experience initiatives.

Kristen has a Master of Science degree in Community and Therapeutic Recreation from UNC Greensboro and a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Recreation and Tourism from Appalachian State University. She plays competitive pickleball and enjoys being outdoors with her husband and two daughters.
