Client experience coordinator to help WithersRavenel continue to enhance service
WithersRavenel’s award-winning client experience program is continuing to grow with the addition of a client experience coordinator.
Kristen Herndon will be tasked with supporting our company’s client experience managers (CXMs) in the new position as they help our clients and WithersRavenel technical staff collaborate on successful projects. “I am excited for the opportunity to be a part of a team that strengthens relationships with clients, and I am looking forward to working with WithersRavenel colleagues and stakeholders to see how I can best support and exceed client expectations.”
Kristen has a Master of Science degree in Community and Therapeutic Recreation from UNC Greensboro and a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Recreation and Tourism from Appalachian State University. She plays competitive pickleball and enjoys being outdoors with her husband and two daughters.
