WithersRavenel is pleased to welcome Michele Faison to our growing Funding and Asset Management team.
Michele has more than 15 years of experience working for state agencies which provide direct public assistance to local governments and nonprofit organizations. Most recently, she worked with the Recovery Section of North Carolina Emergency Management as both a senior grants manager, and a finance and business compliance manager.
As a project consultant, Michele will help our municipal clients identify, secure, and administer grant and loan funding for critical infrastructure and other projects. Her commitment and dedication to providing excellent customer service coupled with her background in grants will be a valuable resource for cities and towns across the state.

Michele’s education includes an Emergency and Disaster Management major at Western Carolina University along with an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from Strayer University. Earlier this year, she was the recipient of the North Carolina Emergency Management Director’s Award.
