WithersRavenel successfully concluded the inaugural cohort of its Leadership Academy, a two-year program designed to develop leadership skills across all levels of the organization. The program consisted of 12 sessions, held every other month, and was structured as part of WR University to strengthen leadership capabilities within the company.
Purpose and Structure
The Leadership Academy was initiated with a vision to invest in leadership development, reinforcing WithersRavenel’s commitment to building strong leaders who can drive WithersRavenel’s objectives forward. The program included executives, Practice Area Leads (PALs), Senior Delivery Officers, and Business Development professionals. Reflecting on the impact of the Leadership Academy, WithersRavenel’s Chief Growth Officer Mark Stephens shared his perspective.

The knowledge and skills we gain serve as valuable tools that can be applied in various strategies and scenarios, leading to positive outcomes for everyone involved. Ultimately, this growth enables us to improve both personally and professionally, allowing us to deliver even greater results for our clients and internal teams.”
Each session featured Vistage Master Chair Chris Quinn, along with Vistage members who provided coaching on key leadership topics, followed by applied practice conversations. Topics covered included:

- Handling Difficult Situations
- Generational Workforce Shifts
- Personnel Management
- Performance Management
