The Acorn on Person Street is a multifamily apartment development in downtown Raleigh. With seven stories, more than 100 residential units, and a 200-space shared parking desk, the transformative project includes a fitness center, clubhouse, pool, elevated courtyard, work-from-home center, and a pet spa. The site is just two blocks from the Moore Square area, which includes a popular urban park, more than 30 restaurants, and other Raleigh attractions and destinations.

The 500,000+ SF primary UPS facility anchors a development with several additional support structures, trailer storage, and associated employee parking. As a subconsultant to the project architect, WithersRavenel provided civil engineering services, including irrigation drawings and specifications, to obtain all required site permits and construct all site improvements.
