WithersRavenel welcomes Dori Sabeh, PE, GISP, as the company’s Director of Stormwater in our Raleigh office.
A seasoned engineer and project manager, Dori has more than 20 years of experience working on a variety of municipal, water resources, and transportation projects for the public and private sectors. His technical expertise includes hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, natural systems protection and restoration, watershed management master plans, stormwater infrastructure design, and dam engineering.
“I am eager to provide sustainable and practical solutions for improving the natural resources, environment, and infrastructure in our communities alongside a team of dedicated professionals and committed managers,” Dori said.
Dori’s background also includes extensive work with project development, planning, scoping and budgeting, QA/QC, and construction services. His expertise in client and staff management will be beneficial to both our young stormwater professionals and our roster of municipal and private customers. He is a registered professional engineer in North Carolina and 10 other states. He is also a certified GIS professional and erosion and sediment control designer.
Dori earned a Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of South Florida, along with a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems. His Bachelor of Science degree is in Civil Engineering – Water and Environment – from St. Joseph’s University. He is a member of several professional associations, including the American Public Works Association, North Carolina Association of Floodplain Managers, and the Stormwater Association of North Carolina.
