Silver Linings: Professional positives from COVID-19
If you’re like the rest of us, you may be feeling COVID burnout ¦. so, during a recent department head meeting, President Jim Canfield asked the team to go around the room with each person saying one positive that has come out of this pandemic and quarantine. The conversation lifted spirits and made our leadership think about the positives underneath the stressful nature of the current state of life.
That got us thinking ¦. How do the rest of our employees feel?
Our Marketing and Human Resources team joined forces to create an employee survey asking that very question. We asked for our employee-owners to share their silver linings, and, in turn, selected one lucky staffer to receive a donation to the charity of his/her choice.
In this two-part series, we will reflect on what our employees had to say about what the silver lining of this pandemic has been for them.
Today, we will reflect on the positives that we have discovered professionally. See what our employees had to say.
