As a second part of our Silver Linings project, we are reflecting on what our employees had to say about what the silver lining of this pandemic has been for them. Read part I of our Silver Linings Project here.
Our Marketing and Human Resources team joined forces to create an employee survey asking that very question. We asked for our employee-owners to share their silver linings. We then selected one lucky staffer to receive a donation to the charity of his/her choice.
Today, we will reflect on the positives that we have discovered personally. See what our employees had to say.
