For the fourth straight year, WithersRavenel has been recognized in the annual Healthiest Employers of the Triangle award program.
Our employee-owned firm finished second in the Triangle among companies with 100-499 employees. Aspects cited in the recognition from Healthiest Employers include our company’s Thrive program. Regular micro-training sessions cover physical, mental, emotional, financial, and social well-being. Their 15-minute length and easy accessibility allow employees to view the recorded Thrive sessions either live or on their own schedule.
Wellness programming is developed through a collaborative effort by our Thrive committee, which is comprised of company employees. Other WithersRavenel activities focused on health include running and walking clubs, wellness-centered community events, and occasional contests.
Healthiest Employers is an awards program that recognizes people-first organizations taking a more proactive approach to employee health. Categories evaluated for the competition include Culture and Leadership Commitment, Foundational Components, Strategic Planning, Communications and Marketing, Programming and Interventions, and Reporting and Analytics.
